Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything to use the back office?
No. The back office opens in a browser on a computer, tablet or phone. You enter your email address and get a sign-in code by email.
Can I see sales while the restaurant is open?
Yes. Sales appear in the back office while the POS is online. If the internet drops, the POS keeps the sales and sends them when the connection returns. Read more about Resto offline.
Do the day’s sales go to my accounts?
Yes. Resto sends each day’s sales to your accounting system (dk, Regla or Payday), split by VAT rate. The export can run automatically or when you choose. Read more about accounting.
Does the back office cost extra?
No. The back office is included in the monthly fee for the venue. The pricing page shows example prices, and you get the exact price in the demo.
